I have had the pleasure of working with Adrian John a few times. Not only did he find us our beautiful family home but he also sold our previous home. He was also there for us when we were thinking of moving again but not quite sure, he took the time to find us homes, and out to a few open houses even though he knew we may not be purchasing at that time. He is always available for us and by listening to us he knew how to choose homes that fit our needs and wants. We would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home and if/when we are to move again we wouldn't call anyone else! 

First Time Home buyer experience without the scary stress or anxiety 

Buying a home for the first time felt impossible and unattainable for years until I sat down for Lunch with Adrian and he showed me a whole world of possibilities. I had no idea what to expect or where to start and he helped me from start to finish. He helped me understand what to expect in terms of lawyer fees, monthly mortgages and what amount of down payment I would need to set myself up for success with a reasonable monthly mortgage payment. 
Adrian is so hands on and detailed oriented that he helped me work out what kind of house and budget I would need to create a basement rental. The cost of the basement renovation, he pinpointed almost to the exact dollar amount. I so appreciate all the hard work Adrian put in for me to find a beautiful home that also brings in additional monthly income. Thanks Adrian!
